Event Account Manager

Job description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Events Account Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution for events across South Africa. This is a hands-on role requiring a highly organized, proactive individual with strong client service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

To start as soon as possible.

• Manage and exceed client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  

• Create all project documentation and timelines
  

• Oversee the planning and execution of events and production logistics
  

• Brief and co-ordinate staff, ensuring seamless on-site delivery
  

• Build and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after events
  

• Provide regular feedback and reporting to clients and internal teams
  

• Conceptualize and design campaign proposals
  

• Support promotional activities for larger events as needed
  

• Travel nationwide to ensure successful project rollouts
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of event management experience
  

• Matric certificate and own reliable transport
  

• Reside in Gauteng
  

• Professional and well groomed

• Comfortable working extended hours and under pressure
  

• Highly organized, hands-on, and energetic
  

• Excellent communicator and team player
  

• Willing to travel across the country as required
