Compliance Officer/Company Secretarial Officer

An accounting company in George is growing and looking for a compliance officer/company secretarial officer to join their team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in company services & compliance, especially with CIPC-related tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of AccFin / Pastel
Attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities:

Manage company registrations, annual returns, and updates with CIPC
Ensure compliance with South African Corporate Legislation
Maintain statutory registers and prepare required filings
Submit and update beneficial ownership information
Communicate with clients and regulatory bodies (SARS / CIPC) to resolve issues
Maintain and organize company documents and records

Salary:
Market-Related salary
