A leading retail group in George is looking for a skilled and passionate baker to join a dynamic bakery team.

- Preparing and baking a variety of bread, rolls, pastries, and cakes.
- Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods.
- Managing ingredient stock levels and ensuring freshness.
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assisting with customer orders and special requests.
- At least two years’ experience as a baker in a retail or commercial bakery.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
- Team player with excellent time management skills.
Start date: ASAP
