Dotsure Ltd is seeking a proactive marketing specialist - pet to lead our pet marketing department. If you are passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering smart, data-driven marketing strategies, this role is for you. Based in the beautiful Garden Route city of George, Western Cape, this permanent position offers the opportunity to drive impactful marketing campaigns and develop innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and grow our brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as a marketing consultant for the Pet Direct, Pet Partner, and Vet channels, driving demand and generating activities.
• Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships.
• Prepare action plans by account.
• Assist in developing and implementing target marketing plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Align business strategies with account planning and day-to-day activities.
• Develop account plans aligned with channel strategies, applying strategic principles tailored to each account.
• Establish internal service level standards with the network, support, and solutions divisions to ensure an excellent customer and partner experience.
• Create and deliver proposal presentations.
• Build personal relationships with key channel stakeholders.
• Supervise the execution of co-marketing activities by partners and vendor agencies.
• Track and monitor the performance of all campaigns.

Minimum requirements

• Relevant marketing diploma.
• Three to five years of professional partner/channel/distributor marketing experience, from strategy to execution, in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to collaborate within an international virtual team comprising marketing, sales, and product specialists, as well as business partners.
• Demonstrated experience with a broad digital marketing mix, enabling the ability to consult and advise partners on marketing strategies and execution to drive pipeline growth.
