Job summary

• Sell the company’s specialist product.
• Build and maintain a hospitality insurance book.
• Prospecting for new guesthouses/ Bnb’s via face-to-face appointments.
• Conduct a business insurance needs analysis per Guesthouse/ Bnb.
• Managing the number of calls, appointments, quotes, and policy targets as put in place by management.
• Keeping your sales pipeline full through continuous prospecting.
• Meeting targets as set by management.
• Continuous self-development.
• Keep your delegated report up-to-date and accurate.

Remuneration

• A very competitive basic salary + commission per sale on top of basic salary.
• Car and cell phone allowance for business use.

• Annual bonus linked to performance.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Matric certificate (essential).
• Results-driven and accountable.
• 1+ year face-to-face sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Self-starter with execution focus.
• Strong presentation skills.
