Our client, a renowned bakery, is looking for a dedicated and experienced production manager (back of house) to lead their kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for food production, and possess strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Chef qualification – Formal culinary training will be advantageous.
• Strong people skills – Ability to build and maintain a motivated kitchen team.
• Management/HR experience – Previous experience in a leadership role, including staff management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities – Quick thinking and efficient decision-making under pressure.
• Responsible and mature demeanor – Professionalism and reliability are key.
• Kitchen supervision – Oversee daily kitchen operations while stepping in to assist when needed.
• Immediate availability – Ready to join and make an impact right away.
