Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Assistant to join our retail team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has strong communication skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed to ensure availability.
- Assist with visual merchandising and creating engaging product displays.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a retail setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
