As a content curator, the incumbent will work closely with the assigned strategist, contributing new ideas and collaborating with all team members to create content that people love and want to share.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the strategy/CSM team to deliver content strategy, content plans, content calendars, content rollout, content posting, and content production.
• Drive day-to-day outputs and delivery for existing clients and new business opportunities.

Key objectives and outputs:

• Manage content plans and ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate collaboration across relevant departments.
• Foster a positive agency culture by driving innovation and prioritising content deliverables.

Core duties:

1. Content strategy:
   
   • Develop clear and engaging content aligned with the client’s brand and goals.
   • Analyse content marketing data, perform audits and identify trends.
   • Direct content recommendations and manage the editorial calendar.
   • Establish style guides and understand the target audience.
2. Content plans and calendar management:
   
   • Create content for social media and websites linked to strategy.
   • Develop content calendars and brief the studio department.
   • Research and stay updated with digital trends.
3. Content posting:
   
   • Manage and schedule posts according to the calendar.
   • Handle ad hoc content requests from clients.
4. Content production:
   
   • Visit clients to gather footage for content calendars.
   • Attend client events and manage live streams as needed.

• Communicate research and innovations regularly.
• Provide creative direction and identify engagement opportunities using audience insights.

Skills and qualifications:

• Proficient in digital platforms, content management systems, SEO, SEM, and social media.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
