Dealership Customer Relationship Manager / Product Genius - Jhb North

This role involves the provision of an excellent support service executive, which will ensure a functional and seamless on-floor customer experience in which the showroom floor is effectively supervised and supported.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the showroom floor customer experience is at its optimal through daily and weekly checks.
• Ensuring that all vehicles are in prestine condition and all quality checks are administered on vehicles to ensure they are floor ready
• Monitoring the delivery board,  customer care Whatsapp groups and delivery emails to ensure all logistics for deliveries or car movement prepped timeoulsy
• Meet and greet the clients and ensure that all customers are treated professionally
• Manage the client experience of the delivery with the hostesses and sales teams onsite
• Quality check all vehicles for delivery and ensure merchandise and permits sorted
• Handover of vehicles to customers explaining of functions and specifications and offering test drives
• License and Registration administration: Ensure Natis processes managed in a timely manner
• Coordinate drivers for the success for the showroom floors - use tracker, autobid and whatsapp groups
• Daily catch up with sales and workshop to ensure seamless delivery and movement of vehicles.
• Weekly progress meetings with your teams to ensure excellence

Requirements:

• Automotive experience in the same or similar role is essential 
• Grade 12 (Not negotiable)
• Certification or Diploma in Customer Management or similar will be beneficial
• Excellent administrative abilities
• Process driven
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
• Experience on Automotive Industry related computer platforms
