Now, we’re looking for a Content Producer—a visual storyteller who can shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photography and videography that elevates our agency and our clients’ brands across all digital platforms.

The role

You’ll be at the forefront of visual content creation, crafting compelling imagery and video for campaigns, social media, events, product showcases, and branded content. You’ll be responsible for TikTok-native short-form videos, long-form YouTube content, and podcast video production, ensuring that our content stays ahead of digital trends.

What you’ll do

�� Videography and photography

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for client campaigns, social content, and in-house projects.
• Create engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels that capitalize on trends, storytelling, and platform best practices.
• Produce long-form video content for YouTube, including brand documentaries, tutorials, and deep-dive content.
• Capture podcast recordings, ensuring high-quality video and audio production for multi-platform distribution.
• Work on events, store activations, product photography, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign shoots.
• Capture both staged and organic moments that tell a compelling story.

�� Post-production

• Edit and refine footage into highly engaging content for social media, YouTube, websites, and ads.
• Optimize video content for platform-specific algorithms and audience engagement.
• Retouch and enhance photos for maximum impact across all digital platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction.

�� Creative direction

• Collaborate with the Creative, Social Media, and Strategy teams to conceptualize visual content.
• Develop innovative ideas for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and podcast formats.
• Stay ahead of trends in photography, videography, and social-first content.
• Work with art directors, designers, and motion graphics teams to bring content to life.

�� On-site and studio work

• Capture dynamic event coverage, working under fast-paced conditions.
• Conduct studio and location shoots for products, brand campaigns, team culture content, and podcasts.
• Manage lighting, styling, and production details for professional video output.
• Operate multi-camera setups for podcast recordings.

Requirements

✅ A visual storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for creating content that engages and converts.
✅ A TikTok and Reels pro who understands short-form video storytelling and viral trends.

✅ An adaptable editor who can tailor content for different platforms and audiences.

Must-haves

✔ 2-5 years of experience in videography, photography, and digital content creation (agency or brand-side experience preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop (or similar).
✔ Experience creating TikTok, Reels, and YouTube content.
✔ A strong portfolio showcasing video and photography work.
✔ Experience in lighting, composition, and post-production editing.
✔ Understanding of social media trends, video storytelling, and audience retention strategies.
✔ Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔ A keen sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
✔ Experience recording and editing podcasts (including managing multi-camera setups).

Bonus points if you have:

➕ Live-streaming experience for social platforms.
➕ Drone photography/videography skills.
➕ Animation or motion graphics expertise.
