We are a dynamic creative agency seeking a conceptual senior working art director/designer with aspirations to grow into a creative director role. If you are a visionary with exceptional skills and a drive to make an impact, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team and sessions for project kick-offs.
• Supervise and inspire the team to generate multiple concepts for campaigns or projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team, strategy team, copywriters, and freelancers to develop concepts and present them to senior management.
• Develop concepts and pitch for new business opportunities.
• Manage a team of creatives.
• Provide quality assurance on all concepts and projects.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Make quick and calculated decisions.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual and concept development skills.
• Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Design storyboards for film and animation.
• Work on packaging design and print production.
• Contribute to integrated campaigns.
• Create corporate brand designs, layouts, architecture, and visual language.
• Handle communication and ATL projects.
• Lead projects from concept to completion.
• Work at a fast pace to meet tight deadlines.
• Pay attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of print processes.
• Full-time availability in Johannesburg.
