We are a dynamic creative agency seeking a conceptual senior working art director/designer with aspirations to grow into a creative director role. If you are a visionary with exceptional skills and a drive to make an impact, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative team and sessions for project kick-offs.
- Supervise and inspire the team to generate multiple concepts for campaigns or projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team, strategy team, copywriters, and freelancers to develop concepts and present them to senior management.
- Develop concepts and pitch for new business opportunities.
- Manage a team of creatives.
- Provide quality assurance on all concepts and projects.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Make quick and calculated decisions.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual and concept development skills.
- Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Design storyboards for film and animation.
- Work on packaging design and print production.
- Contribute to integrated campaigns.
- Create corporate brand designs, layouts, architecture, and visual language.
- Handle communication and ATL projects.
- Lead projects from concept to completion.
- Work at a fast pace to meet tight deadlines.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of print processes.
- Full-time availability in Johannesburg.
