We are recruiting for a leading UK service provider, looking for customer service consultants to join their busy inbound department on a full-time, permanent remote contract.
Job role
As a customer service advisor in the inbound department, you will handle customer queries to ensure their appliances are protected. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Receiving calls from both existing and new customers.
- Upselling insurance protection to customers whose basic cover is ending.
- Providing peace of mind by finding tailored solutions for every customer.
- Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and prioritising their interests.
- Fully remote – offices based in the UK!
- Equipment provided (you need your own broadband internet connection).
- Free insurance protection plan.
- Regular incentives with amazing prizes to be won.
- Thirty-three days annual leave (including holidays).
- Life assurance – four times the basic salary.
- No prior experience is required, but at least three months of customer service or related experience is advantageous.
- Experience must be within the last three years.
- Candidates must be able to work towards the success of the brand.
