Data and Business Insights Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, economics, business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
• Three years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business intelligence or analytics role
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or similar is a plus
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience with predictive modelling techniques

• Translate data findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop dashboards and reports to present insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to marketing, sales, finance, and product development to understand business needs and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive models that enhance business forecasting and planning
