The position:

TQ Group is looking for a digital graphic designer with a keen eye for creating compelling content specifically for screens. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital design principles and the ability to craft visually appealing graphics that enhance user experience across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Required to brainstorm with a team and give valuable input to deliver the best communications within brief
• Creative interpretation and execution of briefs
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
• Conceptual thinker
• Expert knowledge and extensive practice on Adobe Creative Suite
•  The ability to take direction
• The ability to deliver great work on deadline

• Design for any platform
• Knowledge of Brand ID and applying Brand toolkits
• A good understanding of how animation or motion graphics are put together
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
• Familiar with front-end development (HTML/CSS)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a design discipline related to: interaction, animation, motion and graphic design.
• 3 - 5+ years’ experience as a Mid-Level Digital Graphic Designer
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Agency experience will be advantageous
