Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a results-driven digital sales specialist with strong communication, leadership, and commercial acumen. You should have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
What will you do?
- Grow digital revenue through sales, analytics, and insights.
- Develop digital products and position them in the market.
- Assess client digital strategies and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven proposals and post-campaign analysis.
- Lead digital marketing strategies to meet and exceed client objectives.
- Promote new digital products, including podcasts.
- Conduct research on consumer online behaviour.
- Utilise first and third-party data in client proposals.
- Support cross-functional teams for seamless client delivery.
- Stay updated with digital trends and tools.
- Pitch and onboard new digital partners.
- Create integrated concepts across platforms using data and analytics.
What will you need?
- Sales, marketing, or media degree/diploma (Postgraduate advantageous).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent commercial understanding and leadership abilities.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
- Experience with Google Analytics, ad software (DFP), and digital sales.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and deliver results.
