Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an email marketing specialist to manage and optimise email campaigns, customer databases, and WhatsApp marketing and service updates. This role requires experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email automation, segmentation and CRM integration to improve customer engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing email campaigns, a strong technical foundation (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL), and database management skills (SQL or similar) to ensure effective communication strategies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong technical background, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Email marketing and automation – Develop, execute and optimise multi-step email journeys that drive engagement, retention and conversions.
• Salesforce and CRM management – Maintain and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer segmentation and automation.
• Database and technical skills – Work with SQL databases, troubleshoot email rendering issues and enhance campaign tracking.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in email marketing and automation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL (basic coding required).
• Experience with database management and segmentation.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Twilio or SMS marketing tools (preferred).
• Proficiency in analysing email performance metrics (Google Analytics preferred).
