Job description
As the sales manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy, responsible for leading and motivating a dynamic sales team.You'll oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring that our goals are met while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. If you have a passion for cars and a knack for leadership, this is your opportunity to shine!
Key responsibilities
- Leadership and management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Customer engagement: Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by consistently going above and beyond.
- Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Operational excellence: Oversee inventory management, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain dealership standards.
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean criminal record.
Requirements
Must have Management skills and Second hand car dealership experience.Must be available for an interview
