Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Join our client’s team as an aftersales consultant based in Mbombela, Mpumlanaga.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and service needs related to their vehicles.
- Provide expert advice on aftersales products and services.
- Coordinate service appointments and follow up on customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless experience.
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- Valid drivers licence.
- Computer literate.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing services.
- Experience in the motor dealership industry (technical).
- Technical qualification.
