Roles and responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Evaluate customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
- Maintain accurate client records
- Create and manage a customer database
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing initiatives
- Present and demonstrate sales proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Consistently achieve sales targets
