Job description

Vision Marketing is seeking driven individuals ready to transform their careers in the sales industry. As a direct sales and marketing company, we engage in face-to-face interactions with customers to drive sales.

No previous work experience is required as we focus on nurturing and developing our partners through comprehensive training. Our company fosters motivation through competitions and incentives for achieving and maintaining sales targets.

As a sales trainee, your responsibilities will include:

Assessing customer needs
Establishing and managing a customer database
Maintaining client records
Participating in sales meetings and training sessions
Delivering sales proposals and demonstrations to potential customers
Negotiating and finalising sales agreements
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing initiatives

Requirements

Matric certificate
South African ID
Clean criminal record
Punctuality
Strong data management skills
Ability to adopt a student mentality
Proficient problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Conflict resolution skills
Willingness to travel
