Key responsibilities:

• Promote services: promote IV therapy treatments and educate potential clients on their benefits and applications.
• Client relationships: build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to foster brand loyalty and awareness.
• Event participation: attend health and wellness events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to showcase services.
• Collaborative marketing: collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging promotional materials and social media content.
• Feedback collection: gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Industry insight: monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or brand representation, ideally in the health and wellness sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• A passion for health, wellness, and IV therapy, with a willingness to learn and educate others.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms.
