As a freelance community manager with a focus on weekends and public holidays, you must foster engagement and build relationships with your online community. Included in this is responding to comments and DMs on social media. They’ll provide answers to questions and offer customer support.

The goal, overall, is to build both the engagement rate and customer loyalty. 

Included in this role, will be risk management, some content development and attendance of key meetings and training which will be during the week.
