A multi-franchised dealership in Richards Bay is on the look out for a service advisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers 
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations    
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process       
• Customer follow ups    
• Maintain a high CSI

Requirements:

• Matric certificate                                                 
• Driver's licence                                                  
• Minimum three years' experience working in a franchise dealership as a service advisor within a multi-franchised capacity (Stellantis experience essential)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Outgoing and vibrant personality
