   • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
4. Performance management:
   
   • Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
   • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.
5. Inventory management:
   
   • Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock mix to meet customer demand.
