Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable customer service consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including books, gifts, and other Christian resources.
• Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
