Motsepe Advertising is seeking a highly experienced social media manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of agency experience and a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns for clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies for clients in various industries
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
Manage and grow social media accounts for clients
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new social media platforms and features
Qualifications:
Three + years of experience in an agency setting, specifically in social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Ability to think creatively and develop unique social media campaigns
This is a full-time position.
