We are seeking an experienced and versatile graphic designer to join our creative team to produce visually impactful designs for our social and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling, with expertise across various design disciplines, including visual design, branding, typography, print, digital, and UI/UX. The Graphic Designer will create engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message and values.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create digital assets for websites, email marketing, website carousels, and online advertising.
• Develop and implement branding guidelines across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop visual content strategies.
• Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Certification in graphic design and digital media

Minimum experience and skills required

• Four-plus years of experience in graphic design with a focus on multi-discipline design and digital platforms
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and digital graphics to be submitted as part of application. Kindly provide a link for online review.
• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Knowledge of front-end web development is a plus.
• Familiarity with design project management tools.
• Willingness and flexibility to work outside regular hours when required to meet deadlines
