Key tasks 

The marketing coordinator will work under an Account Manager to execute the following:

• Account coordination - assisting with briefing and reviewing of work delivered by all internal teams from graphic design, creative, strategy, and paid media.
• Market research and industry insights - keeping up with best practices and providing clients with insightful research when requested.
• Assistance and coordination with campaign conceptualization - meaningfully contributing to brainstorms through the understanding client objectives
• End-to-end campaign coordination and management – ideation, campaign rollout on different channels, optimization, and reporting.
• Social media - content planning, sourcing, posting listening, engaging, and reporting.
• Digital marketing strategy assistance and rollout
• Report building
• Research and analytics
• Customer acquisition strategy assistance and coordination
• Website coordination including content management and website updates
• Event and supplier coordination

Minimum requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position
• Impeccable command of the English Language (written and verbal)
• High level of PC literacy, excellent grasp of social media sites and digital marketing platforms.
• Confident, professional and presentable (able to carry our corporate image)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Own transport - this will be an in-office role.
