Job summary:

The leads manager will oversee the generation, tracking, and conversion of sales leads within the automotive sector. This role focuses on ensuring a steady flow of quality leads and managing the sales pipeline to maximise sales opportunities and achieve targets.

Key responsibilities:

Generate and manage automotive sales leads.
Track leads through the sales funnel.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
Analyze lead data to identify trends and improve lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of lead activities and progress.
Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns.
Provide regular reports on lead status and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead management or sales within the automotive industry.
Marketing background
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
