Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic preowned vehicle sales manager to join their team in Hatfield, Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the preowned vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry, preferably with preowned vehicles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license 
• Clean driving record
