Our client is looking for a experienced individual with dealership warranty and aftersales consultant experience. The position requires a detail orientated professional with strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric or higher qualification 
• Minimum two years experiences in similar role
• Code 8 licence

Job description:

• Process and validate warranty claims in line with FAW policies and company guidelines.
•  Provide professional assistance to dealers and customers, resolving warranty-related inquiries promptly.
•  Accurately input and maintain warranty claim records in the database.
•  Generate reports and analyze trends to enhance the warranty process.
•  Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Work with Technical and Parts teams to address warranty issues.
• Support the aftersales team with data entry, filing, document management, and scheduling.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
•  Handle dealer and customer queries regarding aftersales, warranties, and parts orders
