Automotive finance division in a dealership on the East Rand is looking for an administrative assistant.

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, invoices, and payments.
• Support the finance team with daily reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Assist with the administration of vehicle finance contracts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update databases.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding finance-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Must reside on the East Rand
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, within the motor vehicle industry.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle finance processes is an advantage.
