Requirements:
- A vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic individual willing to learn
- Must have a background in office administration and reception
- Willing to work directly with clients in person and telephonically
- Sage / Pastel experience (beneficial)
- Answering the phones
- Assisting the MD with quotes
- Assisting with stock collections/deliveries
- Running our service and repairs department
- Phoning clients to pre-book service dates
- Invoicing of operation clients on SAGE Accounting
- Calling of operation clients for outstanding payments
