STADIO (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of an HR Generalist for a 4 Month Fixed-Term contract. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide a generalist Human Resource (HR) service and advice to the Head of Campus
• Coordinate all transactional HR matters.
• Ensure the implementation of the Wellness Strategy
• Advise on and oversee the correct implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Provide operational HR support to the respective campuses.
• Provide an Employee Relations support service.
• Ensure recruitment and selection processed are concluded timeously.
• Have a client-centric mindset.
• Support statutory reporting by gathering, collating and maintaining records relating to BBBEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development
• Participate in HR projects.
• HR Reporting
• Ensure HR data is compliant and accurate on the company’s internal HR system.
• Train new employees on the Performance Management processes, support line management and facilitate consultations regarding performance issues.
• Ensure all new employees are onboarded effectively.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

A Diploma/degree in Human Resources Manager, NQF 7 or higher

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years HR experience in an HR Generalist role
• Experience in all the HR value chain processes
• HR Administration experience
• Recruitment, selection, and placement experience
