Job description
BackgroundSTADIO is a multi-campus higher education institution with a national footprint, as well as hosting a number of student support centres in South Africa and Namibia. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide a generalist Human Resource (HR) service and advice to the Head of Campus
- Coordinate all transactional HR matters.
- Ensure the implementation of the Wellness Strategy
- Advise on and oversee the correct implementation of HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Provide operational HR support to the respective campuses.
- Provide an Employee Relations support service.
- Ensure recruitment and selection processed are concluded timeously.
- Have a client-centric mindset.
- Support statutory reporting by gathering, collating and maintaining records relating to BBBEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development
- Participate in HR projects.
- HR Reporting
- Ensure HR data is compliant and accurate on the company’s internal HR system.
- Train new employees on the Performance Management processes, support line management and facilitate consultations regarding performance issues.
- Ensure all new employees are onboarded effectively.
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
A Diploma/degree in Human Resources Manager, NQF 7 or higher
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years HR experience in an HR Generalist role
- Experience in all the HR value chain processes
- HR Administration experience
- Recruitment, selection, and placement experience
- EXCEL/WORD Competencies
- Team player
- Relationship building
- Have a client-centric mindset.
- Verbal and Written Communication and presenting
