Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and education
- Strong coaching and training skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, staff, and community members
- Passion for working with vulnerable children and making a positive impact
- Knowledge of innovative educational practices and a growth mindset
- Experience in the nonprofit sector or community development is a plus
- Responsible for daily tasks related to curriculum development, coaching, instructional design, education, and training as well as have a teaching role in the school.
- Implementing and improving educational programs to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students.
