Our insurance broker client is looking for a new business insurance broker to join their offices based in Pretoria East.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and insurance providers.
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive quotes.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Matric.
• RE5 qualification.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (preferred).

Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 CTC per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
