Social Media Expert and Content Creator

• Manage and maintain social media profiles for multiple brands
• Create engaging and visually appealing content using graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
• Ability to create engaging video content in different formats and for multiple platforms
• Craft compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience
• Monitor and respond to comments and inbox messages promptly and professionally
• Develop, implement and present social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Use software tools to manage and schedule content postings efficiently
• Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals
• Ensure that any campaigns are in line with the broader marketing strategy and executed timeously
• Strong computer literacy skills and knowledge of the various software and tools available for Social Media Content Creators

• Proven experience as a social media expert and content creator
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Figma or Adobe Suite
• Expertise in video creation and editing for social media, using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or Final Cut Pro
• Expertise in running social media ads across all platforms, with the ability to report on ad performance in relation to goals and objectives to drive online sales
• Increase engagement on all social media platforms
• Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage multiple social media profiles and brands simultaneously
• Experience in creating, implementing and presenting social media strategies
• Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling and posting content
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with WordPress and emailing software is a bonus
