Senior Designer

• Assist creative directors in building the creative reputation of Hunt Lascaris.
• Ensure all creative output consistently meets high-quality standards.
• Present creative work internally and externally in a clear and professional manner.
• Produce and craft original concepts and designs in response to client briefs or proactively for potential clients.
• Collaborate with strategy and account management teams to understand client brands and deliver iconic work.
• Foster collaboration within the creative department and across other departments.
• Stay informed about current trends and popular culture to maintain relevance and innovation.
• Continuously develop and refine creative craft with a passion for excellence.
• Contribute to local and international awards to enhance the agency's reputation.

• Accurately record work time.
• Participate in new business pitches and development efforts when required.
• Promote positive sentiment internally and externally, contributing to the agency’s reputation.

• Develop skills and knowledge to meet evolving client and agency needs.
• Provide feedback to creative directors on ways to improve the creative department.
• Support and involve team members to resolve issues collaboratively.
• Encourage a positive, collaborative work environment.

• A minimum of five years as a designer in a leading creative agency or company.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and produce world-class ideas and designs.

• Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, and Keynote.
• Strong design ability and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset.
• Diverse creative capabilities, such as photography, illustration, 3D, animation, coding, and motion graphics.

• Experience or skills in areas like influencing, blogging, editorial work, poetry, After Effects, 3D rendering, sound production, and more.

• Driven, ambitious, and motivated with a proactive mindset.
